I got these headphones when my last pair started to misbehave. I chose these because I prefer in-ears over dangling AirPod-shaped ones. , correct fit is imperative. They require a good seal around the external ear canal to reproduce the rich, balanced bass they were designed for. As some other reviewers have pointed out, try each size of the included attachments: I found the one that worked best for me was smaller than I expected. Putting them in your ear is a simple matter of inserting and twisting to position them comfortably. Hold to turn them on; They automatically sync with each other and gently let you know when they're on and connected. Double-tap any of them to toggle between ADC, ADC, and Normal mode - again, they'll announce which mode they're in (in a very confident but pleasant voice). I used them in ANC mode most of the time. Time to tune out extraneous noise - when paired with an earphone, I can even control the saw and barely hear it. ANC and ADT work very well thanks to the onboard mic and DSP circuitry (I design circuits like this professionally and appreciate it when it works as intended). The charge lasts 6-8 hours even with ANC on and the case holds 4 charges. I think it takes about an hour to charge the case. I charged the case with a Qi wireless charger and plugged it directly into the power port. Both seem to work fine. In terms of sound quality, once you get it right you get really tight bass that's not overwhelming - it's well balanced with mids and highs giving you clear, punchy bass and crisp mids. and high over the entire volume range.
