Does exactly what I wanted. I make cheese and needed a digital thermometer so I could easily program specific temperatures and also easily change them while I was making cheese. I control the temperature by observing the temperature of the milk and the water bath it's in in the steamer. These temperatures need to be just right so that they can be sustained over long periods of time, and AMIR's electronics allow me to do that. The only downside I found is the instructions. The writing was very small and it was difficult for me to read it. August 31, 2017 Revised - this worked great the first two times I used it, but the third time I set up my steamer the second sensor read about 60 degrees high rendering it completely unusable. A real shame as it was the perfect setup for what I was doing. Returned without incident. 09/06/2017 Second revision. AMIR just replaced my returned thermometer and Revain refunded my money. I couldn't ask for better customer service. This is a great wireless thermometer. I just won't use it in liquid. This will be a great accessory for my electric smoker. I'll be fair and up my stars to 4 because the only thing wrong is the limitation of using probes in liquids.
