All is well, liked the product, didn't buy it for nothing.
No complaints whatsoever if the faulty component could be easily replaced under warranty. The chair is a fan-favorite and, in every other way, fulfilled its promise. Communication with this service is made more difficult by issues such as (returning items, waiting for when they receive them, and not at all in the conditions that the operators offer, waiting for the money to be refunded). A request to the maker: improve the mechanism and service quality, at least in major urban centers.
- Extensive, attractive, and cozy. Eco-leather upholstery that has been in use for 11 months looks and feels brand new. Beautiful cross, nice soft armrests, and smooth wheels.
- The swing mechanism finally gave out after 11 months of careful use. I only wanted to have the broken part replaced under warranty, as the rest of the chair was undamaged, but I was told there was nowhere in my city that could do it.
