Excellent fluid. I originally bought a Valvoline Max and decided it was best to play it safe and use Dexron in a Gm gearbox. There are several transmissions where multi-gear oil is not compatible. and if it does, you need to wash it off, not just drain it. I still use Valvolinemax but only in gearboxes that I know are compatible. There's no point in making life difficult for yourself. The only thing I don't like about this material is the high price. Like everything else ACDelco has. But the quality is always there. I bought cheaper products from some of these Chinese parts and found myself replacing them too often. This fluid worked well and was installed in a transmission that the owner had never changed in a truck with over 260,000 miles on it. I added a bottle of Lucas and everything was better. I think synthetic fluid is really a durable thing.
