Review on CGOLDENWALL Concrete Rebound Resiliometer 10 60Mpa by Knate Scarpelli

We received a poor quality batch of concrete from our local concrete plant and the company came back to us several times to say everything was fine and our concrete was being tested at 3000 psi direct pressure. My wife thought we were being scammed so I bought this tool and quickly found that we were testing at 1500psi. After we brought this to their attention and showed them how to read the tool, the company refunded us and apologized. The only problem I have is that this tool has a metric chart on the side and not psi. You just have to convert it (1 MPa = 145 psi).
