Review on 🌑️ Stay Comfortable Anywhere with the Mini Indoor Digital Hygrometer Thermometer by Christopher Isaac

Questionable accuracy and accuracy

I run a guitar repair shop and it is very important to monitor and maintain a constant humidity level between 45% and 50%. At the same time, I need to keep hygrometers that maintain stable readings. Please see my photos to see what I found: The internal digital thermo-hygrometer discussed here has a black horizontal appearance. I bought the black/silver AcuRite right away (looked it up elsewhere). The white digital hygrometer is an AcuRite I bought from Home Depot over a year ago and it's pretty sturdy and reliable. Anyone can be in my shop, in my guitar case, or in my pantry. I left all 3 hygrometers together in a corner of my store about 5 feet from my dehumidifier for about a week. As you can see, the hygrometer's internal digital thermometer regularly reads more than 2 AcuRites, often by as much as 5 percentage points, but not consistently. It didn't change that easily when moved to a dry part of the building or to the street. 50% seems to be the "best point" and tends to lose accuracy when exposed to higher or lower humidity levels. I'm giving it 2/5 stars because I intend to store and use it in a storage area where I don't expect large fluctuations in humidity and where I will be storing wood that is less moisture-prone. I have to consider that (on average) it will be about 5 percentage points higher. I can't say I recommend this product as it seems unreliable in terms of accuracy and accuracy. This seems to be a case of "you get what you pay for".
