It's cute and I like it compared to, say, LeapStart
comes ready to use (with some batteries of course!). I was about to purchase the LeapFrog LeapStart, but the numerous frustrations I read about downloading audio/data pushed me away from what I thought was a great product. It seemed a lot easier to use. There will definitely be a learning curve with how it works, but I think it's a good idea. In addition, several questions are written above, so a fluent reader should read them to the child in order for the learning activity to make sense. It's not like LeapStart, which I assume only talks to you, so adult supervision/guidance may be required.
