I use it at home in the shared workspace that my wife and I use when we work from home. I have a Lenovo X1 Yoga gen 2 and it uses a Surface Pro 4. We bought it because it offers USB-C connectivity for my Yoga and USB-A for the Surface Pro. It works fairly well for both laptops, although it's a little disappointing that DisplayLink is used when connected via USB-C. My Yoga is still powered via USB-C through the dock, which is fine, just no live video. I was expecting DisplayLink for USB-A. But it is possible to understand the technical limitations of using a single connector for USB-C and A. It would be nice to have a dedicated USB-C port to take full advantage of the possibilities. And a separate USB port for older devices. In all cases, DisplayLink works pretty well, but I do notice some lag from time to time.
