If I kept the box I would 100% return it. It has the ability to sway or stand still, but the problem is that there's no way to fix parts of the legs in a stationary position. Any pressure on either side of the tote, or any shifting at all, will cause the leg to return to the rocking position and the whole thing to move. It's also very deep but also tall, making it difficult to see inside when lying down or trying to pick up a child without getting up. On the plus side, it folds up easily, which saves space. Also, the mattress topper is very thin and too wide to fit in a regular bed sheet.
