Delivery was earlier than expected. However, this machine did not come with instructions, manuals or anything to help you understand the machine. I watched a few videos of the sewing machine on YouTube to understand the mechanics of the sewing gun and how to change the length of the stitches (I have the loop pile version). Although this machine is a little different from the tufted guns I've seen in YouTube videos, it shares similar mechanics. I also watched a video on the product Q&A page that explains how to change the length of this particular tufting gun. The shooting video was not that informative and not in English. but I was still able to follow him a little. I played around with the machine a bit to change the buttonhole length. I was a bit nervous because it's not very clear how to shoot a video and I didn't know exactly what to do. I somehow changed the length of the loop. I checked about 3 times. And something else: The power adapter connected to it (with blue light) sometimes does not work, so you have to tilt the device or adjust the plug in the socket in the wall.
