Review on Papillon Ribbon Bow 74305 Single by Shantel Griffin

I ordered four rolls for wedding welcome bags and the quality was so-so. Each roll was spliced together with the tape (I didn't know). So when I went through and cut my perfectly measured pieces I hit the glued area and lost the piece I had cut and had to cut the spliced piece off. Each reel has multiple instances of it, so I had to spend tens of meters in total. The quality on the reel was also slightly different. Some tapes were softer and fit well, while others were very stiff and difficult to work with. Very disappointed, will not order again.
