Personally, I had to tinker with the settings) as soon as the massive era of the smart home started, I got the Xiaomi Mi Control Hub gateway and a couple of sensors. Then I began to grow devices and everything connected and worked without problems until I bought the current Mi Smart LED Bulb (warm white). Trying to connect it, I even purchased a new Mi smart home hub gateway (which, by the way, I am very pleased with, the old gateway now works like a night light). With the new gateway, the light bulb was found through the 2022 region and is controlled with the help of Alice, and all the other devices I have in the China region, unfortunately, the light bulb was not defined there. As they wrote in the reviews, the system also offered me the Singapore area.
