Perfect fit for 1997 Acura CL 3.0.
Fel-Pro is always my go-to when OEM is too expensive or unavailable. They are equal in quality. It was perfect for my acura cl 3.0. The factory gasket pretty much disintegrated after 150,000 miles and melted on the aluminum mating surfaces. Definitely a good and cheap replacement for high mileage cars. It's also a good time to clean the throttle body with a carburetor cleaner while you're there.
