I bought these hats for my grandniece and grandnephew and was very happy with them. These hats look very nice and the quality is good. They are also suitable for 3 year olds. Very satisfied
- As I read the title. Are equivalent to! Rolls down from above. I don't know how big kids are these days but I have no problems and I'm 53 years old!
