The tablet broke down after 2 months of use. The touch screen became unstable and the screen started to look blurry and blurry. Also, the return period is only 1 month so I didn't hit the return window. Revain contacted the seller and they told me I can still return it and they will give me a new one. I was glad to hear that but my baby's tablet is almost 4 months old and I haven't gotten a new one yet. I also asked them to just return what I bought since it's been so long and they just ignored my request. They ignore emails and when they reply they apologize that they have to confirm something in their warehouse. I gave them tracking information and they said they need to find it in stock and once they do they will send a new one. I'm so upset because I just spent money to buy a bad tablet and paid a refund. Maybe I can fix it. I also thought this tablet had a soft protective case as it is a kids tablet, the lovely pink penguin looks like a real tablet not a case/sleeve.
