I love this product! First of all, the quality of the camera is amazing and it's very easy to connect to the app and wifi (found in the manual). I prepped the skin by cleansing and then steaming it with a mini facial steamer to really help soften/open the pores before use. I was shocked at how much came out of the skin, my nose was my main concern. I don't recommend keeping it in one place, you need to move it around so you don't accidentally hurt it. I'm a beautician so I also recommend keeping the skin taut when using on the cheek area, however I only use it on the T-zone. I always make sure the skin is damp/damp so it slides easier. Overall, I feel less overwhelmed and am very satisfied.
