This is a great product. These mugs have airtight lids and when filled with hot coffee they are not that hot to keep. 12 ounce capacity fits most people in my office. I like that they aren't styrofoam even though they look like it. I hate to say that for some reason I trust the Dixie brand, but yes I do. The lids fit well and are easy to put on. The mugs are durable enough to be washed and reused once or twice and they will last with water in them overnight. (Customers sometimes set down a half-full cup and leave it there. When we're in a hurry to close, we always don't notice until the next morning.) They're thick enough that no sleeve is needed, even with hot liquid. There are no burned fingers inside.
