**UPDATE**OK. I recently got this collar. I'm not new to the world of training collars. I was really looking forward to this collar. I have used it daily for my farm dogs and LOVE IT. Til today. I took my pup in the water for the first time and made sure everything was properly sealed first. It barely touched the surface of the water and stopped working. The green light stayed on until I tried to charge it thinking it might have died. The light came on but is now completely off. A HUGE benefit for me was that it was very clearly marked as WATERPROOF. I'm familiar with waterproof collars and will ensure the charging port is sealed, checked for damage, etc. This collar is brand new. I received it ONLY 2 weeks ago. I am very disappointed that this collar died so easily. Aside from the fact that it is NOT waterproof and the shock is rather weak, this is an amazing collar. It's just a way for my dog to communicate with him remotely, so the shock didn't matter much. So sad to update this review with a negative. But the lack of waterproofing means a lot to me 🤷I really like the convenience of this device. I have 2 other stun collars (different brands) that were in the same price range and up and they are nowhere near as good as this one. I really like that the buttons are flush with the surface of the remote. I can't tell you how many times I've accidentally slapped my pup or accidentally sniffed my pup because the buttons on the remote stick out for miles. Comes with 2. I really like how convenient this device is. I have 2 other stun collars (different brands) that were in the same price range and up and they are nowhere near as good as this one. I can't tell you how many times I've accidentally slapped my pup or accidentally paged him because the buttons on the remote stick out for miles. It comes with 2 different styles of collars which I love. I also like that I can reprogram another of my collars to this remote so I don't have to carry multiple remotes around. Everything looks very smooth and professional. The instructions are helpful and easy to use/understand. My dog is very comfortable with this collar. I will definitely be buying again in the future when my other collars need replacing!
