Review on Off-Grid Pure Sine Wave Power Inverter - 5000W Peak, 15000Watts, 24V DC To 120/240VAC Split Phase With Battery AC Charger For Solar Energy - Low Frequency For Maximum Efficiency by Gabriel Day

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Rock solid inverter

This inverter had no issues with the in-rush current of my 20+ year old AC unit (220V, 1800W). I tried 2 other inverters before. One gave a fault mode once a week (and I had to reset it manually) and the other (Powerjack) completely blew up. The fan is pleasantly silent compared to the these 2 inverters. My whole kitchen is now connected to this inverter (Microwave, Ninja Foodie, Refrigerator, electric cattle, dish washer, washing machine and dryer (gas)).Make sure you use thick copper wires at the battery side (2 AWG or better). WIth maximum load, 200A, the cables will get warm/hot. If you still can choose between 24V or 48V, I would go for 48V.

Pros
  • High transfer efficiency is above 90%, , complete isolate surge interference of input & output's voltage and current, Impact resistance, super load capacity, built-in AVR stabilizer, continuous stable pure sine wave output.
Cons
  • The Off-Grid Pure Sine Wave Power Inverter is extremely bulky and difficult to transport
