Made cheap. I would not recommend using it as a speaker for your CB radio.

I was going to use it as a speaker for my CB radio when driving off road but the center cone fell off before I could install it and then it wouldn't even snap back in place because that it's so badly done. Most of the speaker is made out of soft, flexible plastic (like the plastic you'd expect to find in a cheap, fragile kid's toy), it's neither hard nor harsh to the touch. It also doesn't come with the three screws you need to attach it. Attaching it to a child's toy or similar might be a good option, but I wouldn't recommend buying it if you're looking for a speaker to pair with your CB.
