For the first time with cast iron!
My first cast iron purchase. I was a bit skeptical because a lot of people say cast iron is difficult to maintain. Seasoning my pan was a learning curve, but it's not difficult. I don't season pans after each use and my food still comes out perfect and delicious. When I took mine out of the box I immediately said it was amazing quality. Super happy with my purchase!
