This oven is as described in the product description on the Revain product page. However, there are a few things that take some getting used to, especially the controls. Every time the oven is used, the instruction manual says to unplug the oven (not a bad idea for safety reasons), but you have to remember to plug it back in and start over with the controls. Now for the non-intuitive part: you have to press the power button, then press the function button, say the convection oven button, and then set the temperature. Now you need to press the power button again to start the convection oven. If you're remembering to do all of this, there's one more thing to remember. There is an automatic timer by default, so once you set the oven and temperature. The timer stands for 20 minutes to turn off the oven. If you can't remember to turn off the timer and have something to bake within an hour, guess what? And one more thing: there are hot spots in this oven. Be sure to use an oven thermometer at each shelf position. I found the top rack was 50 degrees hotter than the LED bar indicates. Looks good, good crumb tray easy to remove and clean, grates are very solid and good quality. The power cord is well made, if a bit short. I think this product has been revised. The controls are too complicated for a toaster. So much so that it was difficult to write this review. So if you love gadgets this is for you. If you want a toaster that is easy to set up and does what a toaster is supposed to do, look no further! I suggest you download the owner's manual to see if this oven is right for you.
