Review on Noctua NF-A20 PWM: The Ultimate 200x30mm Brown Quiet Fan by Jeet Anand ᠌

Revainrating 5 out of 5

A high-quality product, the price corresponds to the quality.

The model took the one that was cheaper, but it turned out that it was not 12 volts, but 5. So be careful when buying! It may be better to add a little and buy a 12-volt version if you are purchasing specifically for computer cooling. Then you will not have any problems with controlling this fan directly from the motherboard (4-pin connector). And specifically in this model, although there are adapters and even connecting clamps, it will not be possible to get speed control from a 12-volt connector! It is only possible to display the rpm data in the BIOS and that's it (the control voltage is different)! Although for me the management is not relevant. I need it at maximum speed, so I arranged such a model, which I took by mistake. Connected to the power supply 5 volts from USB.

Pros
  • Truly silent technology. Power. Equipment.
Cons
  • There is no simple adapter for Molex 5 volts.
