I have to say that most radar detectors have always put me off with the constant noise of false signals, but this detector is insanely quiet and doesn't require the driver to constantly divert their attention to determine whether the beep was a false alarm or a positive alarm when I was in unfamiliar locations. Riding on routes and even outside of my everyday zones, it finally came to life when it was really needed. Aside from the noise filter settings, this device is also small, I mean tiny. When I opened the box I couldn't help but giggle and say "HE IS SO SMALL". Don't get me wrong, other metal detectors can be "thin" but still wide, or narrow but tall. The Radenso hits from all angles and when I lean into my rear view I almost forget it's there. My next step will be a straight wire kit so I never notice.
