This edge protector is exactly what I was looking for! (I figured if I can think of it, someone has probably already done this, and here's a great example.) I need to park on a very narrow street, right next to a high curb. and the UGH noise of my door. Every. Lonely. Time. I opened the door, it reminded me of nails on a board. I was just a little worried about damage - it's a 1993 van - so I figured if I could find something inexpensive I'd give it a try. SO HAPPY I MADE IT! I only need a few feet at a time so I don't mind it took about 5 months before I replaced it. Reminder - SEVERAL TIMES A DAY so I think it's hard work and well worth the money.
