Scanner turns on and reads codes. It claims to be able to reset TPMS but doesn't. I was able to test one of the four pillars but couldn't set the clock on the dashboard. I'm not sure what this will do other than reset the oil life. The website does not work to create a service ticket. The serial number "does not exist" and the update does nothing. It comes with USB and the software doesn't find it either. PC connection does not work. (Windows 10). Downloaded the latest version of Foxassistant and Foxwell Foxscanner. Not working due to serial number issues. I filled out a complaint form and it took me to a 404 error page with Chinese captions. Consider returning this scanner due to the TPMS capability it doesn't have. I will not recommend buying this scanner for Mercedes-Benz. The software just isn't good enough to be effective on these very tricky MB cars. I need to "normalize" the trunk lid due to a battery change and the scanner can't do it.
