This repeater works well, is easy to install and only required a little trial and error to find the best location. You will get the best result if the beacon is close enough to the AP's wireless link so that you have at least 90% signal strength. . This increases your speed and stability. All in all, 30 minutes increased my son's Xbox network speed from 17Mbps to 285Mbps with 100% signal strength in his room.
