I installed this on my 2011 Volvo XC70 and it was my problem when the lights went out and it wasn't a bulb. A genuine factory part for it costs $500. This one cost me $50. That's literally 10% of the factory price. It was very easy to install and as you can see in the picture it literally sits at the bottom of my light setup. The only issue I had was not the part's failure, but Volvo's failure to reconnect one of the connectors. There was no slack in the line and you had to blindly thread it through the hole with two fingers and then not really sure if it was properly seated. That alone took 5 minutes out of the 10 minutes it took to install. It works great, but the installation was a little disappointing, so I gave it a four out of five rating. The product alone deserves five stars. The packaging also says very clearly that this only applies to station wagons and SUVs as shown in the picture.
