Review on 1.75-Inch EK Tools Circle Punch with New Packaging by Lori Aguirre

Okay, I took a hit once and I love it so much I'm practically exhausted. I make bottle caps. Although I use the 1-3/4" punch less, I was happy to buy it based on my experience with the 1" punch. This bad boy is big! For example, I have a large palm. Built like a tank, feels solid. It does a great job of creating perfect circles. I wouldn't expect less. I have a problem with the locking mechanism. The slider keeps popping up and sometimes pinches my hand. This is a bear coming back, I really struggled. It's hard to pinpoint the right direction, so of course I've often moved it backwards just to struggle to get it right again. Eventually I figured it out and marked it with a felt tip pen. Everything is just annoying. I love closing it for storage. Considering the price/frequency ratio, I was expecting a less flimsy slide mechanism. Super delivery with Prime. I had no interaction with the seller.
