The interface to configure analysis parameters was easy, it worked like expected with my existing toolchain (R).

It works very well for data preparation - I can train models quickly without any manual intervention! There are some features which could be improved though; e.g., missing values handling when importing datasets from external sources or during model training phase itself would have been nice if they were supported by default out-of box. If you're looking at using Process Mining as part your organization's analytics platform then this solution will work just fine but not great compared its competition such as IBM Watson etc. We wanted insights into our business processes so we used PM solutions within SAP SuccessFactors ECC.
