Bought the cheap connectors found at most local stores and usually ended up replacing them within a few months of use. We have only had these about three months, but they have outperformed all others we have tried in that time. Having to pull back the collar on the female side to engage the connection has taken some getting used after the push-and-click brands, but in my opinion, it is worth the change to get a solid leak-free connection. The male connector on most other brands loosened quite often on whatever fixture we used especially when turning or twisting the hose.Since these are brass, we can give both male and female sides a quick cinch with a pair of channel locks to make a very secure fitting. The connection seems to allow very free rotation without leaks. A very good purchase I would recommend for anyone who changes fixtures frequently.
