I would have given 5 stars, if the battery I received wasn't DOA. Good thing I ordered a battery tender/charger, going to have to charge it. Other than that it fits, will buy again when this needs to be replaced.

A lot like the other reviewers, my battery lasted about 10 months before it would no longer hold a charge. Hardly worth the expense of mailing it back for the warranty. Disappointed, but not surprised considering how cheap it was.

The battery fit nicely in the Yamaha's compartment. It cranked the bike right up after a year and a half of sitting in the garage.

Item arrived a day ahead of schedule. Battery works well right out of the box. Only had it a week but still at full charge on my atv.

Arrived fully charged and fit perfectly. My only complant is it is a bit awkward getting the rectangle nut holder to stay in place since there is a lot of room in the terminal. Other than that its a perfect purchase at a low price!

Battery cranked over a VFR750 on two occasions. Now it won't turn it over again. Checked with a multimeter while bike is off at 12.7V. When cranking it drops to around 5v which means it is bad under load. Trying to figure out how to return. Bad within 30 days.

Received battery, voltage read 12.62 Put my battery tender on it. Battery tender flashes green and red. ( I have two bikes next to it and the tender goes and stays green.) I rode the bike for several hours, still 12.62. I put a battery charger on it, holds 12.62. My other batteries read 12.89 and 12.75.

Battery came fully charged and started my suzuki 500 atv right up as expected. I haven't had a chance to use it more so can't comment on long term use.

Battery was better than the one I expected. It was not the pirate brand, but it had a digital meter for charge level. Same size and model number though. Shipping pretty fast. I found out it might be cheaper direct from Chrome Battery with free shipping.

Battery charged and installed Oct 19, Seemed weak cranking.December 23 complete fail.bike was unused and under cover for 14 days of this time. Removed battery from bike, bench charged and reinstalled. Cranked one time.would not crank again.Defective ? 10 days to late for return. This battery was sold "wet" and I should have known better. Once a battery is filled, the shelf life if not put in service is very limited. a dry charged battery's shelf life can be 18 months or more. Trusted…

The two terminals are closer together than most, which caused the factory battery connectors to have some interference with the plastic housing. I consider this to be a design flaw with the battery as this motorcycle was designed for and has had several other YTX12-BS batteries in the past.

Right size, started the bike, who knows for how long but at this price if it gives me 2 or 3 good seasons it's okay. The real problem with it is the battery bolts are too short to reach the square nut when the terminal is on top, this leaves you finagling about trying to find a way to raise the nut to catch the bolts teeth before who ever designed this battery catches hands. Make the bolt one millimeter longer or put little platforms inside the battery post for the love of god. I'm never buying

the dumb screw set is horrible. i have lost a screw and a bolt in my motorcycle trying to get the nut to screw in. They could have just sent 1/8in longer screw and everything would be fine.i don't get how you can send screw and bot set for the bare minimum length.
