I wear 11M American women's sneakers so I bought size M9/W11: The fit (worn with straps forward) is perfect, there is enough room throughout for natural movement and absolute comfort I like how they feel on my feet: wearing them everyday (as opposed to wearing them barefoot) has greatly relieved my chronic foot and heel pain. I love the vents that keep my feet cool in desert conditions. I love that they are waterproof and so easy to clean. I love how they look on my feet. Like the affordable price. CONS The straps are too short to wear around the heel - they push the feet forward enough that the toes are snug in the front and you have a big gap in the back of the insole (as pictured). For some, it may help if the straps are heated (with a hair dryer) and then stretched. CONCLUSION: I've been wearing them indoors and out constantly for over a year. They are still in great shape and I love them more than ever! I plan to get another pair.
