I was so excited to get this item as I expected my surface and dual screens to be more productive. Unfortunately, although I asked questions before purchasing to ensure it was compatible with my surface, the product did not meet my expectations. First, the product was too big to fit my tablet screen as it kept falling; The other main issue is that all of my ports are on the right side of the tablet, so connections have become a confusing mess. Did it work as promised? Yes, as you can see in the picture, the dual screen is active, but from a practical point of view this does not help. I may have been unclear when asking if this would work on my Surface Pro - I assume the answer was based on a laptop, not a tablet. In any case, I love this product when connected to the right hardware - believe me, I've even tried manipulating the process by connecting the tablet to the left side, unfortunately the screen is for those only right side calibrated - well, tried to force its working while struggling with returning this product - so disappointed. By the way, the seller was very accommodating with the return - a few dollars not that much lost, it could have been the shipping cost. As a side note, I needed more power for virtual meetings, so I immediately ordered 2 and 1 Lenovo Yoga 13.5 Lightning Screen. C connectors (not on the surface) and I will most likely try to buy this item again if indeed it is compatible with my new toy. If so, I will most likely give it another chance. Hope this helps - again for those who have doubts about this purchase - I say go for it as this is definitely some kind of machine - enjoy
