UPDATE 6/22/02: I emailed the company when I posted my first review a few weeks ago. You haven't answered yet. I really liked this case. Excellent features and concept. However, the holder only lasted 4 months before the plastic clip holding the phone in the holder broke when trying to remove the phone from the holder. 2 small plastic tabs hold the phone clip to the mount (not the belt clip). My second complaint is that the mount doesn't hold the phone securely in the viewing position. This is safe when the phone is placed face down in the holder. The product has been on the market for less than a year and has already been discontinued.
