This holster may seem tough, but it is of cheap quality. Electronics are not well-protected as the material easily scratches and even cracks over time. Thanks to my knowledge gained in practice, I expected more from this product. The only positive thing about it is that it looks nice. However, that is not what I bought it for. Save your money and get a better quality holster.

UPDATE 6/22/02: I emailed the company when I posted my first review a few weeks ago. You haven't answered yet. I really liked this case. Excellent features and concept. However, the holder only lasted 4 months before the plastic clip holding the phone in the holder broke when trying to remove the phone from the holder. 2 small plastic tabs hold the phone clip to the mount (not the belt clip). This phone case calls itself Heavy Duty and Rugged, well, it falls short of both. In the six months I've owned this case, it fell apart a few times and the belt clip on this (heavy) case was held together by two cheap plastic pieces that kept falling apart. I was able to bring them together far enough to hold some, but the plastic clip (about 1/4 inch) that holds the entire belt clip broke, rendering it unusable.
