I really like that it is user friendly. It's a great way to manage my hotel! The only thing I dislike about this product is that it is limited with regards to features and functionality. So far, I haven't found anything that I'm unhappy with. This software allows me to easily check/update room numbers and rates. And it helps keep track of important things like occupancy levels and revenue generated by rooms. This has been a life-saver! I used to spend a lot of time entering in all the information into different programs. Now there are just so many options! You can also use the online booking tool to see what is available before you go online to make reservations.
