Review on Health System Solutions by Adam Townsend

I like that health system solutions makes it easy to find what you're looking for. It is not user friendly at all. The application was created more than 10 years ago with outdated design. There are too many steps in order to get an answer or make any changes. We need to be able to do our job as quickly as possible without having to spend hours searching online trying to figure out how to solve problems within HSS. Make sure you have someone who knows how to navigate this program. You must know where to look in order to solve your problem. This platform needs improvement overall. If we don't utilize the applications correctly then it will just continue to stagnate.
