Ideal for a shirt under a sweater or vest. I bought it specifically to wear with a V-neck dress. For a cheeky-pretty-snazzy look. And you don't even see that there isn't a long tie underneath. The material is crisp and I like it very much. Just the right shade of pink! That was exactly what I was looking for ;D
