This is a great device to significantly increase the amount of storage available on an Android device that doesn't have its own removable storage slot. It is also easy to transport. This is exactly what I need to transfer files between my phone, laptop and my wife's phone. Just make sure you have a file manager on your phone. It might seem complicated at first, but once you get the hang of it, you'll see how handy it is. Traveling and using your phone's camera but running out of storage space? Get one of these, you won't regret it. Better to have and not need than to need and not have. With this device, I easily create a personal library of my personal digital content (images, videos, MP3s, etc.) by copying it from my computer through a standard USB port. -- like any USB stick -- and if you have a USB 3.0 port, the transfer is very fast. Then, if I want to watch content that's not available on the web, I just plug the c-USB side in my Samsung phone and I get access to all content. I recommend buying the largest version available so I don't have to think ahead of time about what content to get - I just maintain a fairly large library of videos and music to use whenever I can.
