The light flashes, but I cannot get it to connect. It says it’s not compatible with 5G WiFi, it has to be 2.4G. That doesn’t make any sense to me because everyone has 5G now so these seem pointless. It’s past the return date, but I am definitely buying a different brand anyways.

Love the convenience of this product! Easy to set up and use from my iphone and with google from anywhere. Good product so far!

Product did not connect to wifi. After spending over 1 hr trying everything I sent them back. Getting the programming lights to work required random tries and then once flashing no connection was made ever. Don't waste your time on these they are garbage. Replaced with BN-LINK and they worked flawlessly the first time!

I don’t write reviews but I love these plugs. I have so many of them. It’s awesome around Christmas because I use them to control all my lights.I’d give it five stars but I’d like to see a higher power unit that I can plug a heater

Returning product. Was not able to operate without using the App. Does not work seamlessly with Alexa. Tech support not helpful.

Wow the deal I got with these little beauties was like stealing. Compared to the OTHER big companies that charge 3-4 times more for the exact same thing. They hooked up to the Wifi with no issues and Alexa had no problem identifying them. I have one hooked to my basic Mr. Coffee with a mechanical rocker on/off switch (a electronic switch will not work for this) and when I wake up I tell Alexa to Make me Coffee, and she says her usual, OK. Next thing you know the coffee is done when I get out of

So far so good. 3 of the 4 paired quickly, one was a bit of a struggle at first. They work great with Alexa. I had purchased smart bulbs by the same company, so nice just using one app. Only did is that due to size they take up both outlets, not convenient if you want have an outlet independent. So you need a power strip or other outlet expander. I may move towards smart outlets going forward to really clean things up. However for $7 each these are a great way to get started on smart home…

The software is compatible with Alexa app. hHowever I can't find a way to replace the fuse in the smart plug after I burned the plug with a high wattage heater. It doesn't make any sense to me that such an expensive device doesn't support fuse replacement to prevent overpowering.

Love these smart plugs, I came back for more. Super simple to set up, done within 5 mins and telling Alexa to turn things on/off immediately. I’m not sure the confusion other reviewers are having, mine as super easy. Installed, updated the name of the plug in the easy to use app then voila! Alexa worked :) super happy, will probably be back for more in the future. I’ve also used the smart light bulbs of the same brand, very happy with those as well!

I love these it made it so much easier to turn off my ikea lamps since I couldn’t get smart bulbs for it. Thanks for attention!

Wouldn’t connect to my WiFi after hours of trying. Walmart plugs and Kasa plugs did with no problem but I couldn’t get this one to. Had to return.

I could only get two of the four to work. One of them would not accept a ground plug. One of them would not ever light up for connection. The other two did connect. It took a few minutes to connect, and had to attempt a few times to make everything talk to each other. But once connected, they work great. It has made it possible to keep the storage building climate controlled to a great degree. No more stale air or mildew!

one plug worked great but when I tried another in a different location I couldn't get it to work. I even tried different plugs as well as tried boosting the network signal

Does not integrate with google home or Nest. One already broke right after return window closed. Not recommended! Thanks for attention.

Three of the four plugs work with Alexa. Thanks for attention. One seems to not be supported. Still troubleshooting this problem.

Can now put our bedside light on or off while in bed. Also put one on our deck light. Alexia can put outside lights on or off for dogs

I haven't sent them back yet, but I have working on getting them to connect. They do flash and that's all. Not an easy setup, that's after changing stuff with my internet, YouTube videos, and downloading 4 apps. I guess if you work in that industry you won't have a problem

The integration with alexa is good, of the 4 two do not work correctly, one of them even made smoke through its holes, which worries me to connect a valuable equipment to it. I hope the others work well for a long time, however, it does not give me much confidence of security so far.

It's super easy to use, once you download their app. Once you have connected the plugs through the app, you can integrate with Alexa App or Google Home App. Its very thick and does impede using the plug next to it, but other than that, it's fantastic. I also like you can set a schedule in their app or the Alexa or Google Home apps for controlling the lights.

Arrived on time and as described. These are excellent device on/off modules. They are simple and work from anywhere. Highly recommended.
