Alexa integration bad

Worked at first with Walmart’s Alexa one month later stoped working with Alexa came home to a dark house . and then I tried everything to get them to work with Alexa again it would not work so now I have to turn them on and off with the app looking for new plugs not happy at all

This sucks! on my review.

Instructions were impossible to work with and the offered video help was not helpful at all.the help line left us on hold for over 45 minutes and then hung up on me. I wouldn't recommend it to my worst enemy.I still can't connect to alexa after hour's of jumping through hoops and downloading programs and resetting plugs over and over again.

No Longer Supported

The app that is required for operating this outlet no longer supports adding outlets. You cannot use new outlets anymore. I do not know if pre-existing connected outlets are supported in app to manage.

  • Had a little trouble at first connecting to my Echo. Had to download the app for Lepro. Works great now.
Cons
  • Was unable to set this product up on my system. Waste of money and should get zero stars.

Work Great! in my review

I bought these for several lamps around my house. I linked them with my Alexas so I can use my voice to turn them on. They work great so far.

Pros
  • Voice Control: Compatible with Alexa & Google Home, ask your home appliances to turn on/off with simple voice commands. No hub or wiring is required.
Cons
  • The product may not be suitable for all types of home decor and could clash with some interior design styles

Great for Christmas lights

I bought these to use for our outdoor Christmas lights as we have multiple sections and outlets in use for our light display. They were easy to set up and after 2 weeks of use are still working perfectly. The app is easy to use and being able to set timers on the app is even better.
