I love listening to music when I'm running or cycling. I've never liked iPhone holders with armbands and was looking for a strap that would hold my iPhone securely while running. when I came across the amphipod hip pack. i like this thing I wear it on my waist. The backpack itself is made from a combination of stretchy foam and mesh, making it comfortable and breathable. I've never seeped sweat into my pack, even after a long run. There are actually two separate pockets inside the backpack. The straps are also slightly elastic. feeling of high quality; nothing about it feels or looks cheap. Due to its size and elasticity, it is ideally cuddly. It easily fits my phone, wallet, and keys when I'm on the go without feeling bulky or dangling. But even if I don't have all of those things with me (e.g. just my iPhone), it hugs my back snugly and doesn't move. In addition, its slim profile fits close to the body and is almost invisible under clothing. I've used it when traveling to keep valuables with me during the day rather than stuffing my pockets or carrying around a man's bag. Such a simple item, but far more valuable than the price paid for it. One of the best purchases I've ever made.
