very bad design
I liked the dog flap at first when it was first installed. However, after installation, my dog's paws kept getting stuck in the rubber frame that spanned the inside and outside of the door. The inner plastic rubber frame which came loose 3 times with my dog's paws didn't take long and I went ahead and removed the outer frame because I didn't want my dogs to get stuck in it. So I still have it installed now and dogs can get in and out, but without the outer plastic rubber frame surrounding the actual valve, flies, bugs and other things can get in and out as well. Pooh!
