I'm not sure if this really works

I need more clarification on your product. The UV test card you included indicates that the UV lamp is nearing the end of its life and the power button is flashing. Sterilization is the most important thing for me. Are all units the same? When I switch to the same one it has the same readings and why is the power button flashing red. Please get in touch as soon as possible as I am returning to work and it is imperative that I do not bring the virus home with me. Don't tell me to believe it works just because you say it does. Your card confirms that this is not the case.
