I am very satisfied with this product. When I unpacked it I thought it wouldn't be big enough for the large coffee pots I usually make. (I love my coffee) There was no point in worrying. In that regard, it works well. Although the fine sieve on the filter works quite well, finer particles end up in my coffee cup. I plan to play around with the coffee beans to see if a coarser grind might work better. .As for cleaning. it's pretty easy. If I dump it while the waste crumbs are still wet, tapping it hard against the bin will get most of the crumbs. I wipe it down with a paper towel and it's 98% scuff free. That's good, the plumbing in my kitchen is bad and doesn't like coffee grounds. I ordered two of these so one is always clean. It was a good plan and the price makes it possible.
