I am very satisfied and use 2 monitors with 4 computers for work. So I use it every day and it works as it should, except for the remote control. You can use them without the remote, but having them on your desk where you can reach them isn't what I wanted. The remote controls use the same signal, so one remote control can switch both drawers. The problem is that the remote doesn't need to be more than 6 inches from the device for it to work. A little useless, but the buttons on the remote are still more convenient than those on the box. The box is black and the buttons are black so they're hard to see. Image quality and response appear to be excellent. Well for the price I'm happy with it and might try buying a new battery for the remote to see if that fixes the problem. Use a large watch battery.
