After installing the card you need to install the drivers which comes on a CD in zipped format. Extract the files to a folder, open explorer, locate the folder and run setup.exe. The installation takes so long that you think the process is stuck. There are no clear instructions in the box that you must do this and there is no user manual on the CD, although the application in the box will direct you to the user manual.
