Review on 💧 Replacement Seychelle Alkaline Filter Pitcher by Carlos Massey

They do an excellent job of filtering out a variety of contaminants, including some harmful metals, that some conventional filters fail to remove and are known to cause colon cancer. I also appreciate the alkalizing functionality of this system. While I haven't tested post-filtering the pH of the water to make sure it's effective, it's more of an icing on the cake for me. I will update this review as soon as I do. On the other hand, I have found that the rate at which these filters process water is much slower than other filters after a few months of use. Around the 4th month the water hardly moved; even left overnight only about half of the tank will go through. To get the most out of these filters, you need to "flush" them every few weeks, an inconvenient extra requirement I didn't realize about until it was too late. Despite rinsing, I can highly recommend these filters for the water quality. It's fantastic and they remove significantly more contaminants than other brands, and especially harmful ones.
