50% bounce rate within the first 2 weeks. Nobody will take responsibility. Worse than bad.
We bought 8 of these for use in HP computers. 4 out of 8 failed within the first 2 weeks. I tried contacting the seller and HP to find out how to get a repair or replacement and all I got back was an email (with an order number) asking for the order number. I replied within 10 minutes and was never contacted again. Other than that I have not been able to get any satisfaction from Revain, the seller or HP.
